Executive Director
Dr. Tiffany Brannon serves as the Executive Director of the Little Bottoms Free Store in Columbus, Ohio, where she leads with a deep commitment to dignity, access, and community empowerment. With a dynamic and multifaceted career, Dr. Brannon brings a wealth of experience spanning clinical practice, higher education, research, and nonprofit leadership.
A licensed therapist and former Clinical Director, Dr. Brannon has spent years supporting individuals and families through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. She has also served as a college professor in Counseling Education and Supervision, mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. As a published author and researcher, her work centers on the lived experiences of Black women and families, including her dissertation examining adverse childhood experiences, parenting practices, and posttraumatic growth among single Black mothers.
In addition to her academic and clinical work, Dr. Brannon is the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity for Black women and youth. Throughout her career, she has developed and led impactful, award-winning programs that address social determinants of health, promote educational success, and strengthen communities.
As Executive Director, Dr. Brannon is honored to continue this mission at the Little Bottoms Free Store, expanding its impact and ensuring that every individual and family served feels seen, supported, and valued.
