Slow Me Down

Have you seen the viral video above of the young snowboarder who tiredly declares to her mom on the slopes, "I'm not like a ZoomArounder like you. I'm kinda like a...lay-arounder" I've watched this kiddo so many times and every time, I laugh.

I'm a ZoomArounder - and we ZoomArounders can sometimes wear out our fellow LayerArounders a bit. My husband and eldest daughter's idea of a perfect weekend is staying home and doing nothing, while my 5 year old and I are the happiest if we are with friends and on new adventures all day long. This ZoomArounder nature has sometimes pushed me to overwork and without LayerArounders in my life, I will Zoom until I crash with exhaustion.
